FAQ: Website

What forms are available on the West Goshen Township website?
Visit the Forms Page to view and download general township forms. For Police Department forms, visit the Police Department’s Forms Page.

Why can’t I submit some forms online?
Forms that require payment have to be printed out and then mailed with payment. Most of these forms can be filled out online before printing. Those that require signatures and other attachments might also have to be printed and mailed to the Township Administration Building. Check each form’s specific instructions before printing and submitting.

What does it mean when something on the West Goshen Township website is listed as accessible in Adobe Acrobat format?
Adobe Acrobat’s PDF (Portable Document File) format makes it possible for anyone to view and print a document in its original layout. When are agendas for upcoming meetings available on the website?
The agenda for an upcoming public meeting will be available as soon as possible prior to the meeting.

How come it takes over a month for minutes to be posted on the website?
The West Goshen Township website features minutes from the meetings of the Board of Supervisors, the Planning Commission, the Park and Recreation Board and the Historical Commission. These minutes are posted on the website shortly after they are formally approved or amended at the following month’s meeting.  Some Boards and Commissions may not meet each month, so posting of meeting minutes may be delayed.  The only Board that is required to meet monthly by the Pennsylvania 2nd Class Township Code is the Board of Supervisors.
