Dear West Goshen Residents,
The West Goshen Township Board of Supervisors, wishes you Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!
Although 2020 has been a challenging year as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the spread of the disease continues to challenge our township and neighboring communities, circumstances have tested us to be resilient in these difficult times. The pandemic will continue well into 2021, and until the vaccines become widely available, we will need to remain diligent in caring for our own health and the health and safety of others.
With deep gratitude, the Board of Supervisors wishes to recognize and honor the Healthcare Heroes who are on the front line caring for COVID patients and patients throughout Chester County.
The Board of Supervisors wishes to recognize and honor the First Responders on the front line helping West Goshen residents when they need them the most. We are thankful for the West Goshen Police Department, Good Fellowship Ambulance Company, Goshen Fire Company and West Chester Fire Company.
The Board of Supervisors wishes to recognize and honor the WCASD teachers, aides, coaches and guidance counselors who have managed the challenges of in-person and virtual learning this year.
The Board of Supervisors wishes to recognize and honor West Goshen Township’s essential workers who have kept West Goshen Township operating throughout the pandemic.
And last but not least, The Board of Supervisors wishes to recognize and honor the parents, grandparents and caregivers who have supported their children as they adjusted to a new normal.
As we approach a very different holiday this year, we send our best wishes to you and yours for a joyful, safe and healthy season. Please remember to follow safety guidelines as we look forward to better days ahead in 2021.
