The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection approved Sunoco / Energy Transfer to begin HDD (horizontal directional drilling) between West Whiteland Township and West Goshen Township on Boot Road in the vicinity of Rt. 202 and the Goshen Fire Company substation on February 13, 2020.
Michels, the HDD company, as delivered a drill rig and other equipment to their construction site on Boot Road, adjacent to the Goshen Fire Company substation.
